The product doesn't suit me, can I return it?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

The product arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?

Our team will reply within 24 to 48h with a suitable solution.

I haven't received my order after 10 days. What should I do?

Check the tracking link (often updated by the carrier).


Check if a delivery notice has been left or if the parcel is in a relay point.


If there's still nothing after 14 working days, contact us with your order number.

I made a mistake with my address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately.


If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to correct it.


If it has been shipped, we will have to wait for its return before considering reshipment.
